Welcome to Prime Pixel. To ensure a smooth and professional working relationship, we request all clients to follow these rules and regulations:

1. Advance Payment Policy

Any project will only start after receiving at least 30% advance payment of the total agreed project cost.

Advance payment is non-refundable once the project has started.

2. Service Scope & Limitations

We will provide only the features and deliverables mentioned in our Service Pricing Plan.

Any additional work, features, or revisions outside the agreed scope will require extra charges and a separate agreement.

We are not obligated to provide services or deliverables beyond what is listed in the project contract or package.

3. Communication & Approval

All communication must be done via official channels (Email, WhatsApp, or agreed platforms).

Clients must review and approve project drafts within the given timeline to avoid delays.

4. Deadlines & Delays

Project delivery timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the work.

Delays in providing necessary materials, feedback, or payments from the client side will result in delayed delivery.

5. Final Delivery

Final files and assets will be delivered only after full payment is received.

We are not responsible for changes requested after the final delivery unless a new agreement is made.

6. Policy Updates

Prime Pixel reserves the right to update these rules and regulations at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
